Imran Shahryar visits the Sixth Form

An ex RPS student Imran Shahyrar [class of 2006 and ex-Head Boy], got in touch through our alumni network last week offering to come and talk to year 12s about careers in economics and development as well as to give them some tips on working abroad.  He now works in development and is based in Sierra Leone. He met with a group of Geography and Economics students and they all said that they found the session very useful. In the Sixth Form we are always grateful to our alumni and willing parents to help encourage the students to prepare for their next steps in particular fields of study or work. If anyone thinks they might be able help with mock interviews for Oxbridge, please get in touch with Mrs J Gupta, Deputy Head of Sixth Form j.gupta@roundwoodpark.co.uk
