Rebecca Hill [2008]

Rebecca gained a degree in Philosophy from the University of Cardiff before embarking on a remarkable career in the theatre. She has undertaken numerous theatre directing projects.

“I am now a theatre director and playwright. I have had my work performed across London and South Wales, and think I might have the project that could take my career to the next stage. I have written and directed a verbatim play, travesti, inspired by campaigns such as Everyday Sexism, No More Page 3 and Ending Victimisation, and which I believe has the potential to represent a new, fresh voice of feminism in British and International theatre. It had a successful 3 day run at the Etcetera Theatre in January, receiving 4 star reviews and support from industry giants, and has great potential for a London transfer and tour.”

Currently Rebecca is hoping to take her theatre company ‘unbound productions’ to the Edinburgh Festival where she has been offered a prime slot in one of the theatres and is seeking financial assistance/funding. Fleur Baikie [2008]

Fleur gained a BA in Modern Languages [French, German & Spanish] from Durham University. Fleur remained at Durham where she completed her PGCE. After spells working in Austria and France and teaching practice in secondary schools in England, she returned to Roundwood Park in September 2013 to take up a full time position as a teacher of MFL.

Katie Worboys [2008]

Katie gained a BA(hons) in Geography from the University of Manchester in 2011. Since that time she has worked as a Promotions Manager [Drop the Mustard] and in Marketing [Ignis] and Public Relations and Events Coordination [Sports Xtra]. She is currently an Artist Management Assistant with the James Grant Media Group in London.

Katie Keene [2008 ]

Katie joined the school in the Sixth Form where she gained straight A’s in Art, Maths and Economics A levels. From there she embarked on a career in business rising to Senior Associate at KPMG. She is fully ACA qualified [from the ICAEW in 2012] and is currently about to complete [2013] a BA(hons) in Sport Management/psychology and coaching from the Open University. Currently she is a Propositions & Operations Finance Analyst at BSyeB

Greg Dickinson [2008]

After leaving Roundwood Park School I gained a BA (hons) in Philosophy at the University of Manchester in 2011. Shortly after graduating I got a job at Bradt Travel Guides where I now work as a Project Editor.

Alice Mauder [2008]

Alice gained a BA(hons) in Textile Design & Print from Loughborough University in 2011. Alice has worked at Brocket Hall whilst attending an internship at Mungo Gurney to gain experience from an up and coming fashion designer. Alice is currently the Menswear Design and Production Manager for the brand Timothy Everest based in Shoreditch, prior to this I was at Jaeger for 5 years as the Menswear Designer.

Nathan Minnegan [2008]

Nathan gained a BA (hons) in Philosophy & Politics from the University of Liverpool in 2011. Nathan is currently a Consultant at Badenoch & Clark in St Albans where he specialises in technical recruitment for Housing Associations, Councils and Contracting partners.

Alex Thomas [2008]

“Having taken a gap year, Alex went on to the University of Bristol where he gained a BA (Hons) in Archaeology in 2012. He stayed on at Bristol and graduated in 2014 with a Masters degree (MA) in Archaeology. He specialised in Landscape Archaeology (like Stewart Ainsworth, Mick Aston and Alex Langlands on Channel 4’s Time Team!). He is currently developing a PhD proposal examining an aspect of the Anglo-Saxon landscape in Hertfordshire.”

Michael Gross [ 2008]

Michael gained a 1st class BSc in Business Economics from the University of Leicester. Michael joined Nationwide on the graduate training programme and is a Graduate Risk Analyst at Nationwide in Northampton.
