We feel very proud to offer BTEC Nationals in Health & Social Care at Roundwood Park school, a course which offers up-to-date, vocational content, a more practical approach to assessment and has high credibility with higher education and employers.
Students will develop an understanding of physical, intellectual, emotional and social development of individuals and an insight into how the health & social care sector provides for a wide range of needs.
They will develop skills and knowledge of working in the sector, through visits and external speakers, research tasks and case studies.
Embarking on a career in Health and Social Care is a worthy choice and offers security in employment, as it’s one of the biggest sectors of employment, given the vast variety of roles available.
