Vanessa Fox (1995)

Vanessa left to take up positions as  News Desk  Assistant and an Account Executive before taking up a place to read Social & Political Sciences at Cambridge University where she gained a BA (Hons) and later an MA after a period at PwC as a Senior Associate in Corporate & International Advisory.

Vanessa then took part in a number of initiatives as a consultant involving project development in Africa over a few years. She then became Director of Development & Communications at WAJIBU MS in Nairobi, Kenya for 3 years. Next she joined BBC Media Action as a Senior Project Manager in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania for 2 years.

Latterly, Vanessa was appointed the Director for the Africa-Asia Enterprise programme at Sidley Austin LLP in Geneva, Switzerland.

In May 2018, Vanessa took over as CEO of the charity , a charity founded in 1976 by Sir Michael Morpurgo and his wife Lady Clare Morpurgo, that provides week-long residential stays at our 3 working farms in Devon, Gloucestershire and Pembrokeshire for primary school groups from disadvantaged city schools.

Emma Chichester Miles (1997)

Emma studied Tourism and Travel Services Management at Oaklands College after leaving us and has carved out a career in this field. Emma has worked for many of the larger travel organisations and has gained extensive experience in all aspects of the travel business. Currently she is Travel Operations Manager at Apple Travel  where she managing a team of 20 travel consultants, that book travel for Apple EMEIA.

Liam Klimek [2008]

Liam obtained a BSc in Music Production from Leeds Metropolitan University. Liam gained experience in events management whilst at university and then moved into the music and media business with an internship with Tapestry MM Ltd. Following a series of positions relating to events management of creative and musical events, Liam then acted as a mentor at Young & Laced to use his musical and brand experience in the development of youth culture in London. He became the lead music consultant at Audio Network. He then co-founded a new media company called Edifeye, which provides insights into the careers of creative entrepreneurs and aspiring creatives. At the same time he became the New Business Manager at Boiler Room (the world’s biggest online music broadcaster and the leading community of underground music fans) in London.

Emma Hopkinson (2007)

Emma attended the University of Westminster and gained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Hons) in Commercial Law and Spanish. During this period she attended the University of Alicante gaining a B.A. in Law & Arabic.

 Emma has since pursued a career in lettings and property management, gaining experience in a number of organisations. She is currently the Lettings Manager at Eden Harper (London) and the Director of Example Enterprises Ltd. in St Albans.

Syrie Westwood (1983)

After leaving RPS, Syrie attended St Godric’s College in Hampstead and gained a diploma in Administration. From there she worked in a number of Estate Agencies gaining experience in Letting and Sales , becoming Senior Property Manager at Frosts. She is currently the New Homes Officer at Hightowns Housing Association.
