Harpenden Schools Consortium
In order to increase the offer made to all the students in Harpenden schools, there has been collaboration between Roundwood Park, Sir John Lawes and St George’s since September 2000. This means that students are able to study an increased range of subjects by attending another school for one of their subject choices.
The schools offer a free minibus service between the sites at times when students do not have enough time to walk. Where a student has a lesson timetabled at either St George’s or Sir John Lawes for Period 1, they will not be required to register at Roundwood Park first, but can go straight to their lesson. Students wishing to apply to study a subject taught at either St George’s or Sir John Lawes do not need to fill in a separate application form for each school. Simply state which subject you would like to study on your Roundwood Park application form along with your other choices.
