Roundwood Park School uses the electronic payment system Parent Pay for all school payment items including catering accounts, school trips, non-uniform days and school equipment. ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments whenever and wherever you like, 24 hours per day, safe in the knowledge that the technology used has the highest internet security. We provide you with a secure online ParentPay account, with a unique username and password.
You can see an online list of up and coming events, school trips and other options available to your child(ren), together with the costs and dates by which payments are due. Alerts can be set up to automatically notify you if your child’s catering balance is below your pre-set limit.
After choosing which items to pay for, simply elect to pay by either credit or debit card, with the transaction being conducted through a secure payment server like any other internet transaction.
