Isabelle gained a first class honours BSc from the University of Manchester in International Business, Finance and Economics. She then qualified as a chartered accountant and is currently a Hedge Fund Accountant at GSACapital.

Emily is currently an Accounts Manager at JJ Marketing in Oxfordshire, After leaving us, Emily gained a degree in Business Management and Marketing from the University of Manchester and from there she gained considerable experience in the business world through marketing communication, recruitment and programme coordinator to managing accounts.
Claire joined the school in 2006 in the Sixth Form. After her A levels Claire gained a place at the University of Manchester to study Social Anthropology/Anthropology where she gained a BSocSc degree. She continued her studies at Manchester to gain an MA (distinction) in visual Anthropology. After many caring and voluntary positions, Claire now works for the Royal London Society for Blind People formerly as a Community & Events Fundraising Executive and now as a Senior Individual Giving Executive. At the same time Claire works for the Body & Soul Charity as a childrens’ centre volunteer.
After her A levels , Isabelle went on to Manchester University where she gained a 1st class hons BSc in International Business, Finance & Economics. She is currently a Hedge Fund Accountant with GSA Capital in St Albans.
Andrew gained a BSc in Management Science from the University of Manchester. After working in finance for Proctor & Gamble, Boots and Speedo, Andrew moved to Pentland Brands as the Chief Operations Officer. However Andrew has recently changed jobs and he is now a non-executive director at MAS Linea Aqua.

In the Sixth Form, Claire studied Economics, French & German at A level. Claire Annesley is Professor of Politics and Director of Research in the School of Social Sciences at the University of Manchester. She was awarded the Richard Rose Prize in 2011 by the UK Political Studies Association for her distinctive contribution to the study of British Politics. She is the winner of the 2011 Carrie Chapman Catt Prize for research on Women and Politics, awarded by Iowa State University, USA, for her research on gender and executives with Karen Beckwith, Susan Franceschet and Isabelle Engeli.
In 2012 she won Best Comparative Policy Paper Award from the American Political Science Association’s Public Policy section for the paper ‘The Profile of Gender Equality Issue Attention in Western Europe’ (co-authored with Francesca Gains and Isabelle Engeli), presented at APSA 2011.
Claire is a member of the European Commission’s network on gender equality, ENEGE, and was the UK expert for its network in the fields of gender equality, social inclusion, health and long-term care (EGGSI) 2008-11.
Claire is on the Management Committee of the UK Women’s Budget Group.
Claire holds a BA in German and Politics from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and a PhD from the University of Sheffield. Claire was a visiting fellow in the Centre for the Future of the European Social Model at Georg-August-Universität-Göttingen (Sept 2005-Feb 2006) and a visiting researcher at the Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin für Sozialforschung (WZB) in 2002.

Having completed a BSc in Physiology with Pharmacology from the University of Sheffield and an MPhil in Respiratory Medicine from the University of Manchester, Francesca is currently studying Medicine at the University of Sheffield.
She has also offered to help out with students who are thinking of applying to study Medicine and Science degrees.
After studying Biology, Chemistry, Pure Mathematics & Statistics at A level in the Sixth Form, Penny went on to the University of Manchester where she gained a BSc(hons) in Biology in 1992. From there she went to the University of Liverpool and completed her doctorate in Biology in 1996. After doing some research in Public Health, Penny is now Professor of Public Health at the School of Health Sciences at the University of Salford.
Katie gained a BA(hons) in Geography from the University of Manchester in 2011. Since that time she has worked as a Promotions Manager [Drop the Mustard] and in Marketing [Ignis] and Public Relations and Events Coordination [Sports Xtra]. She is currently an Artist Management Assistant with the James Grant Media Group in London.
After gaining a BA (hons) in Geography from the University of Manchester in 1993, Nigel has worked extensively in investment management and he is now a Portfolio Manager at Mondrian Investment partners in London.
