One for the important announcement section. As of August 24th Nicholas Chichester-Miles (class of 2004) and Steffi Gray (class of 2003) are engaged to be wed.
Eleanor Karp-Tatham [ class of 2011 and aka KT] has not only gained a BSc (1st class hons) in Bioveterinary Science from the University of Lincoln but has also received the university’s prestigious ‘best student’ award in Bioveterinary Science.
Eleanor joined RPS in the Sixth Form and after her A levels went to the University of Lincoln to study Bioveterinary Science. She has just graduated with a 1st class honours BSc and has also won the University’s award for best student in bioveterinary Science.
Rohan joined RPS in the Sixth Form and after his A levels went to Nottingham Trent University where he gained an honours degree in Business Management and Marketing. Rohan worked initially for Xcede Recruitment Solutions before moving to his current position as a Front End Development Consultant for Futureheads which is a digital recruitment business.
Georgina Thomas is about to start her third year at the University of Birmingham reading English and Classics. She performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year (2013) and she is currently directing an adaptation of Euripides’ ‘The Trojan Women’ at the Fringe 2014. The production has received a lot of media attention after the troupe from Birmingham received a four star review from ‘The Times’.
After her A levels in Fine Art, Product Design and R.E., Deanna went to the Leeds Metropolitan University where she gained a BA (hons) in Digital Design. Deanna is currently a UI Designer at Rank International in London.
Following her A levels in the Sixth Form, Michelle went to the University of Northampton where she gained a 1st class honours BA in Graphic Communication. After a couple of internships at Igloo Creative and The Big Kick, Michelle is currently a Junior Graphic Designer at Igloo Creative.
After A levels in the Sixth Form, Ian went to the University of Portsmouth where he gained a degree in Business Studies. He then held executive account director positions at Eurosport and MTV before taking up his current post as Director of International Business Development at Live Nation.
Following her time at Roundwood, Emily went to Loughborough University to gain a BTec National Diploma in Art & Design and then gained a Certificate in Higher Education from the Open University in Education,Sports Exercise & Management. From there she took up the role of Sports dept. Coordinator at the University of the Nations in MT, USA. On return to the UK she was a group personal trainer and business assistant at Breathing Space Spa. Currently she is a Course Sales Advisor at YMCAfit.
Ellen joined Roundwood in the Sixth Form and after her A levels went to Bath Spa University where she gained a BSc (Hons) in Psychology. She is currently a Client Relationship Manager (equities) at Berenberg.
