Elaine Turner [1996]

Elaine is currently the Head of Governance and Stakeholder Engagement and the Head of Programme Management at Health Education England based in London.  Her previous roles in Health Management were for the NHS as a Business Manager and Head of Office  – Performance and Finance and prior to that as a  Business Coordinator at the Department of Health.
