Freddie Rand’s fund raising for cancer awareness.
Freddie Rand has contacted us in December 2017 to ask for help.
“Unfortunately this January (2017) I lost my mum to cancer having lost my dad 12 years ago to the same disease so I am running the London Marathon next April (2018) after being accepted by Cancer Research to run on their behalf. The reason why is because I want to make a difference so no child/young adult has to go through what my sister & I have been through.
I have set myself a target of £5000 to raise before/after the race so all your donations will help massively! You can donate to my challenge here”-> https://fundraise.cancerresearchuk.org/page/freddies-giving-page-2

Cancer is happening right now, which is why I’m raising money right now for Cancer Research UK. There’s no time to lose! As most of you are aware in January this year I lost my amazing mum to cancer having already lost my dad 11 years ago to the same disease. I want to make a difference so no child/young adult has to go through what my sister & I have been through. So next April I will be running the Virgin Money London Marathon having been accepted by Cancer Research to run on their behalf! I have set myself a target of £5000 to raise before/after the race so all your donations will help massively! I have already raised £1000 with the help of Tom Theobald and Sam Baldwin whilst completing the Three Peaks Challenge so only £4000 to go!
